Crystal has over 30 years in the travel and tourism industry, including leading roles in management for airlines, retail travel, and hotels.
In 2013, Crystal experienced her own personal journey with cancer which has inspired her to start her own home-based travel agency and set up a cancer support charity called Blue Dot Army.
