Erica is from Ontario, Canada and is the founder, owner, operator and face of Brough Dough.
She grew up working on horse farms and developed an interest in fitness in 2017 shortly after graduating with a BA in psychology.
Erica wanted to create a healthy alternative to her favourite treat – cookie dough!
