Hats off to you, you made it to the Relevant website. And we are glad you’re here.

Let’s take a second to talk about core values. You will have some, you might not even know you have them; but you do. So, let’s imagine you do know what they are, have you actually shared them with anyone else?

If the answer is no, then go out there and tell people. Shout it from the roof top because believe it or not they are really relevant and extremely important to how you do business and who you want to do business with.

When we say ‘We are putting on our Relevant HAT’ – we are referring to our values. What we stand for and what we will withstand from others.

Honesty

“Honesty is a very expensive gift. Don’t expect it from cheap people.” – Warren Buffet

First off the rank is honesty.

For any relationship to work you need honesty. Personal, professional, romantic – doesn’t matter, take away the honesty and along come the trust issues. We don’t have time for that, and you shouldn’t either.  

We are very clear about what our capabilities are. We need you to be honest (and realistic) about what you are looking for. It might not be us, that’s okay but let’s not waste each other’s time and be clear from the start.

Accountability

You have asked us to do a job and we will do it.

We are however human and if we make a mistake, we will own it, learn from it and rectify it.

The same goes for you. Like any good relationship you get as much out as you put in. We will do what is within our capability, but you know your business best and if we need information and it isn’t provided or it is provided incorrectly it will jeopardise the work we are doing. Refer back to honesty – we need you to be truthful and provide us with a full picture to be able to deliver.

Transparency

Lastly, transparency. What you see is what you get.

And as Oscar said, everyone else is taken so we are having a red hot go at being the best version of ourselves.

We want to be authentic; we want to get to know you, the real YOU and we want you to meet the real us. We’re quirky and a bit dorky at times, we can laugh at ourselves (and at each other) and we have some pretty awesome accents to boot! But we aren’t everyone’s cup of tea and we’re okay with that.

On a serious note though, we think it is super important to be transparent for all the obvious reasons but the biggy for us, is so everyone is on the same page and on board with expectations.

So for that reason we promise to stick our Relevant HAT on and get the job done.
