Fortnightly Group Coaching
Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 will be live coaching calls based around that fortnight’s topic.
You will be able to ask questions in advance or during the session.
These will be recorded should you miss any.
Time commitment: 60-90 mins
Location: Virtual
Fortnightly Mastermind
Weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 will be our mastermind sessions which will take a hot seat format.
You need to come prepared to the session with your question, some background/context and be clear on what support or knowledge you want and need from the group.
To get the best results you need to be open, honest and vulnerable about what you need help with.
Although sessions will be recorded they will only be made available to those in your cohort and strict Chatham house rules apply.
Time commitment: 60-90 mins
Location: Virtual
Safe Space
We will have our own online community where I will be checking in on you regularly.
There will be weekly accountability posts to keep you on track as well as check in posts to ensure you have the support you need to reach your goals.
This space is also for you to share ideas and get feedback in real time between coaching and mastermind sessions from not only me but others in the group.
You will have access indefinitely to this group and new participants will be added ever round so you will continue to grow your support network.

Online Modules
Each fortnight prior to our coaching session a new module will be released made up of videos, blogs and worksheets.
You will have 12 months access to the modules so there is no immediate rush and you can work through the content at your own pace.
This is also where recorded coaching and mastermind calls will be kept so you can dip in and out of them.
