Amanda is a sleep educator and motivator, with a background in nursing and a skill developed over the last 15 years helping busy people reset their sleep simply and successfully so they can regain their energy and thrive in life.
But it wasn’t all that long ago that she lacked the knowledge and mindset to improve her sleep and have the edge that she needed to be the person she wanted to be and do the things she wanted to do.
Fast forward many failed attempts and lessons learned and she has overcome many familiar obstacles to sleep.
